Donerio was the Offensive MVP for the Southwest Junior College Football Conference, and had impressive statistics. He received an offer from Louisiana Tech before signing with Texas State. However, Texas State is deep at the running back position and it will be challenging for Donerio to establish a role for himself. Despite this, Donerio is not slow, has good size and may exceed expectations. Running back is definitely a deep position at Texas State.
