Purpose

The purpose of this website is to provide fans of Texas State Football with insightful evaluations of players and entertainment throughout the year.  I have been an avid fan of football for over 50 years and graduated from Texas State in 1997.

As a former All-District and All-City QB/DB in the late 80s, I had the opportunity to play college football before a serious injury ended my playing days. Despite this, I have remained closely involved in the game in an official capacity.

During the season, I watch or attend at least 20 games per week. In the off-season, I watch about 10 per month.  Additionally, my professional background in psychology provides me a unique perspective and helps me in my evaluations.

I understand that player evaluations can sometimes be misinterpreted as negative or disrespectful, but that is not my intention. As a Texas State Football fanatic, my aim is to motivate and encourage all players to strive for greatness and reach their full potential. These are simply my opinions and should be viewed as constructive and motivational.  I hope that these evaluations will serve as a source of inspiration for players to continue growing and developing.
