This evaluation is fairly straightforward. If Beau is able to play, he has the potential to be a significant contributor to the team. However, he has undergone four sports hernia surgeries, which have cut his last three seasons short.
When Beau plays, he's impressive. He recorded 3 touchdowns as a true freshman at North Carolina and had a breakout junior season with 50 receptions for 575 yards and 6 touchdowns.
While I am not a medical professional, Beau's recent surgery raises concerns about his ability to stay healthy enough to play consistently. However, if he is able to recover and play, he has the physical attributes, speed, and hands to become one of the best receivers on the team.
As a fan of the team and every player on it, I wish Beau a full recovery, regardless of whether he is able to play. If he is healthy enough to play, I believe he has the potential to score at least 7 touchdowns.
Overall, I give Beau a rating of 3.5 stars, as his health remains a major unknown factor.
