Jordan Martin received high praise from head coach GJ Kinne, drawing comparisons to Kole Wilson, the player with the second-highest number of touchdowns (9) on the team, trailing only All-American Ishmail Mahdi. Possessing good size and impressive 100M track times, while not deemed game-breaking, Jordan's game speed exceeded my expectations upon closer review of his games and highlights.

In his last marquee game, a playoff showdown against Ennis, Jordan showcased great blocking skill and explosiveness off the line. However, some concerns surfaced during my observations as well. Specifically, there appeared to be a general lack of toughness after tackles, with instances of limping and brief exits from the game. Prior to his team's potential game tying TD drive late in the fourth quarter, Jordan made a brief injury exist and upon returning dropped a crucial deep pass, which could have been a potential game-changer.

Despite these concerns, overall, Jordan has a ton of great qualities that stand out to me, and I believe he will be a great addition to the Bobcats. His burst and kick-return abilities, reminiscent of Kole, add to his appeal. Coaches speak highly of Jordan's character and family background.

I've assigned Jordan a 4.19-star rating, because that there's no physical reason why he won't thrive at Texas State. Ultimately, his success will hinge on his desire, hard work, and toughness.
