This video shows a player who not only appears to be getting faster but also appears a little bigger than what I observed on film. As a result, William's measurables rating increases to 4.02 from 3.0, boosting his overall rating to 3.82 from 3.44.

This evaluation is a challenge as my formula doesn't rate William favorably, primarily due to his size. To me, he seems smaller than the listed 5'9" 170 lbs, which is already on the smaller side for his position. Texas State has seen success with smaller safeties like Shawn Holton and Kaleb Culp, but even they appear larger than William. Despite this, there are positive aspects to William's game, as outlined below.
Positives:
Verifiable Speed. Ran a sub 11sec 100M.
High School coaches went to bat for him.
High Character guy
Had good production in marquee games.

Luckily, this process isn't foolproof and tends to penalize undersized players. Joey Hobert is a perfect example from last year.
